We are seeking an enthusiastic professional Adjunct Faculty for the Industrial Technology Program who is passionate about cultivating the school's mission and objectives through student instruction, guidance and review in order to ensure successful development of each student.
This position is a part time position for the Ghent Campus and will report directly to the Department Manager.
The position will work collaboratively with management, faculty and staff within the department and college to serve the best interests of the students.
Job SummaryAdjunct faculty members serve multiple roles as teachers, mentors, colleagues, and scholars.
Adjunct faculty are expected to excel in classroom instruction and to fulfull various responsibilities related to their assigned teaching duties.
Nature of WorkAdjunct faculty is responsible for teaching an area of expertise within a specific period.

Examples of Duties Summary of Core
Responsibilities:
Possess thorough and accurate knowledge in the field/discipline.
Develop instructional materials; plan and organize instruction to enhance student learning; prepare the syllabi; and teach classes in a way that encourages student learning.
Meet classes as scheduled.
Be accessible to students through e-mail, phone, or scheduled office hours or at other times.
Evaluate student work and maintain accurate records of students' academic standing.
Provide students with constructive, encouraging, and corrective feedback in a timely manner.
Respect the confidentiality of student information; refrain from discussing or releasing such information except within recognized limits.
Demonstrate integrity and positive interpersonal and communication skills.
Fulfill all expectations of adjunct faculty.
Skills Demonstrated proficiency in the technical area of expertise.
Well versed in current teaching trends, techniques, resources, and technology for both onsite and virtual learning, as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications EducationAssociates Degree in Mechatronics/Automation or a closely related field is required.
ExperienceIn addition to the knowledge/education, the following related work experience is typically required for this position.
An equivalent combination of education and recent, related experience may be acceptable.
Three or more years of full-time industry experience within the past five years is required.
Must be up to date with current professional industry standards.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
