Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate - Communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing - Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the company's products or services - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads or resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
-Must have Property & Casualty license.
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish - Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills - Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy - Sales experience is a plus - Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Multilingual abilities are highly desirable We offer competitive pay and benefits packages.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
